Tenant Vacating Notification

Please note – 21 days notice is required if on a periodical lease and if you are on a fixed term lease, 21 days notice or more is preferred. Should you be breaking your lease please contact our office to discuss the requirements. Confirmation of your notice to vacate will be sent in writing and access maybe required to show prospective tenants through the property with suitable notice.
